Installation

Tsuzuri is a single binary with no runtime to install. Pick your platform:

macOS / Linux

curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jaisuriya-11/tsuzuri/main/install.sh | sh

The script downloads the latest release, checks it against checksums.txt, and installs tsuzuri into /usr/local/bin (or ~/.local/bin when that isn’t writable). Set TSUZURI_INSTALL_DIR to choose another folder.

Windows

Run this in PowerShell:

irm https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jaisuriya-11/tsuzuri/main/install.ps1 | iex

The script installs tsuzuri.exe into %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\tsuzuri and adds it to your PATH. Open a new terminal afterwards.

Go

With Go 1.26 or newer:

go install github.com/jaisuriya-11/tsuzuri/cmd/tsuzuri@latest

Manual download

Every release has one download per platform:

Windows x64	tsuzuri-windows.zip

1. Download the file for your platform and checksums.txt.
2. Extract the archive.
3. Move tsuzuri (or tsuzuri.exe) somewhere on your PATH.

Check it works

tsuzuri --version

Best with a Nerd Font

Tsuzuri uses icons from Nerd Fonts. Set one as your terminal font so file and block icons show up properly.
